It seems it is fully licensed by F1 so they have a lot of authentic people, cars, staff straight from the real life sport which is exactly what makes this game fun. I of course started off with Mercedes as my brand and the learning curve is not too steep but you are going to have be a little patient with yourself as you learn how to upgrade your car and how to motivate your staff to stay with our team as your rivals will try to scout them away from you.
