With that out of the way, you can now dive in to see if this game actually worth your time and money. First of all, I am not the biggest fighting game fan, as some of you know, I am more into sports games or action RPGs, that is just the way I am but, back in my youth, I used to play a lot of fighter games, not really by choice but because it was my friends who enjoyed them and maybe I didn’t have a console back then so whenever I went to their house, I would be forced to play the fighting game, either way, I started getting really good at them over time and some of them I loved, like Capcom vs Marvel and of course, Tekken. This game is definitely worth the current hype it is receiving and it is yet another game that has gone viral just a few days after launch, joining the likes of Palworld and Enshrouded.
I think a lot of you who already play Tekken or just enjoy fighting games will like this game, I am actually enjoying it because you have literally tons of combos and moves to try with each character and the new animations look and feel nice along with the online arcade system where you can get a custom avatar and talk and chat with other plays from all over the world, it’s a good mode that I think will catch on fast.

How is the gameplay like?
The gameplay is a refined blend of fast-paced action and tactical depth, it is meant to challenge both newcomers and seasoned veterans. Players can choose from a roster of diverse characters, each with their own unique fighting style and a rich backstory. These characters are more than just fighters; they are personalities that a lot of you can connect with, I mean my all-time favorite character in the Tekken franchise has always been HWOARANG, the South Korean kickboxer, he was the first character that I used that I could actually win against people lol and once you get a few of his combo hits in, he is almost unstoppable, I am telling you, give him another chance if you are doubting him, if you can master him, you can be a pro at this game.
The game boasts a newly reworked combat system that rewards skill and strategy. It introduces new mechanics that add layers to the gameplay without overwhelming you, especially those of you know new to Tekken or fighting games in general. The Rage system, a staple of the series, returns with enhancements, allowing for come-from-behind victories and spectacular finishes. Players can expect fluid animations and responsive controls, making each punch, kick, and combo feel impactful. Tekken 8 also offers a range of modes, from story-driven campaigns to competitive online matches, ensuring that players of all preferences have something to enjoy. The online experience is particularly noteworthy, with a matchmaking system that ensures fair and exciting matches for players of all skill levels.
